Solution Specialist (Data & AI)

A Bit About The Role:

• Lead customer discovery conversations and workshops to identify business needs and shape Data & AI solutions aligned with technical and business objectives.
• Develop solution proposals, effort estimates, pricing and Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Analyze tenders and RFPs, prepare technical responses, support negotiations and present solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support the transition from sales to delivery, provide architectural guidance and mentor project teams.
• Contribute hands-on to projects as an architect, senior developer or data engineer, and improve methodologies and internal knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For?

• Practical technical experience in software development, data engineering or architecture, with familiarity with end-to-end data projects, cloud environments, BI, data governance and security.
• Ability to connect technical architecture, business needs, project delivery and commercial considerations.
• Understanding of fixed-price engagements and the relationship between scope, effort, risk and pricing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience with tenders, particularly in the public sector, banking or insurance, and hands-on experience with Databricks, AWS or Azure are advantages.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or leading a team is an advantage. Relevant capabilities are more important than years of experience.
