Head of Software Development

A Bit About The Role:

• Lead and manage the development of complex, multi-process information systems, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Provide professional and managerial leadership to Development, QA, and Automation teams, including mentoring and professional development.
• Oversee end-to-end software development processes, from planning and design through implementation and deployment.
• Define technological standards, implement advanced development methodologies, and establish effective workflows and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through advanced software engineering tools and quality assurance practices.

What We're Looking For?

• Relevant education in a technological field – Required.
• At least 5 years of experience managing the development of complex, multi-process information systems – Required.
• Proven experience managing technology development teams of at least 10 professionals – Required.
• Hands-on professional experience in software development – Required.
• More than 15 years of software development experience – Advantage.
• Experience developing systems and products in the insurance industry, particularly pension and retirement products – Advantage.
• Experience managing QA and Automation teams – Advantage.
