Data Project Manager

A Bit About The Role:

• Lead complex enterprise data projects from planning through go-live, with end-to-end responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality and profitability, particularly in fixed-price engagements.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and addressing delivery challenges.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of data professionals and manage customer relationships, stakeholder expectations, deliverables and project approvals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across data ingestion, processing, modeling, BI, testing, security and go-live activities.
• Monitor project costs and profitability, manage scope changes and contribute to proposal development and delivery planning.

What We're Looking For?

• Proven experience managing Data, BI or data platform projects in enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data processes, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, data quality, BI and cloud data architectures.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, including scope, budget, timelines, risks and delivery commitments.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, data operations, CI/CD, security and cloud cost management.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills, with good command of English.
• Experience with regulated industries, legacy migrations, Databricks, or relevant project management certifications is an advantage.
