BI Developer

!We are looking for a Junior BI Developer to join our team

A Bit About The Role:

• Develop BI solutions for a variety of customers and business needs
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, data models, and business-oriented data solutions
• Work with modern data platforms, BI technologies, and AI tools
• Take part in end-to-end BI processes, from understanding business requirements to delivering practical data solutions
• Collaborate directly with customers, analysts, and development teams to deliver high-value solutions
• Translate data and business needs into smart, effective, and actionable solutions
• Explore and adopt new AI capabilities and technologies as part of ongoing innovation

What We're Looking For?

• One year of experience in BI development and/or data analysis, with a strong understanding of BI concepts
• Experience with BI tools, with Power BI as a strong advantage, and strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and databases – an advantage
• Python knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude – an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities, curiosity, ownership, and a hands-on approach
• Strong communication and service orientation, with the ability to work effectively with customers and as part of a team
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, a relevant BI course, or equivalent practical experience
