BI Developer

We’re looking for a talented BI Developer

A Bit About The Role:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain BI and DWH processes for a variety of clients across different industries and business functions
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective, actionable BI solutions
• Build customized data solutions that deliver measurable business value and support data-driven decision-making
• Analyze data to uncover insights, improve business processes, and support informed strategic decisions
• Take part in end-to-end BI projects, from requirement gathering and solution design through development and delivery
• Work closely with internal teams, including data engineers and analysts, as well as client stakeholders
• Work in a dynamic, project-based environment with exposure to diverse technologies, industries, and business challenges

What We're Looking For?

• At least one year of experience in BI development, with hands-on experience in ETL and Data Warehousing (DWH) processes
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Amazon QuickSight
• Solid understanding of data modeling and report/dashboard design
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate client requirements into effective technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS – an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing environment
