What you'll do:


Design, develop, and implement machine learning models focused on LLM applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability
Analyze and preprocess data for model training
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation


Requirements:
 

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on LLM applications
Proficiency in Python or R
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design principles
Experience with Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
