AI COE Deploy Lead | Lead AI Engineering & Enablement

We're looking for an experienced software engineer who wants to shape how AI is built across a large organization.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with AI leadership, helping development teams adopt GenAI technologies, define engineering standards, and build scalable AI solutions.
 

What You'll Do


Lead AI engineering methodologies, standards, and implementation frameworks
Guide development teams in building GenAI and LLM-based solutions
Define reference architectures, best practices, and implementation guidelines
Support engineering teams with AI frameworks, APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures
Build playbooks, technical standards, and reusable implementation patterns
Coach engineers and technology teams on AI adoption and delivery
Drive consistency across enterprise AI implementations


 

We're Looking For

✅ Strong background in Software Engineering or AI Engineering

✅ Hands-on Python development experience

✅ Experience building solutions using APIs, Cloud platforms, AI tools, and modern architectures

✅ Solid understanding of LLMs, GenAI, AI Agents, Automation, and AI implementation patterns

✅ Experience working closely with development teams

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management

✅ Fluent English
