A global enterprise company is looking for a Technical AI Project Manager / AI Product Owner to lead cross-functional AI transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role focuses on driving internal AI and automation projects end-to-end, partnering with business units such as HR, Finance, IT, and Sales to redesign processes and implement AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:


Lead AI transformation initiatives from ideation to production rollout
Analyze and redesign business processes using AI and automation
Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives
Work closely with business stakeholders and AI delivery teams
Manage timelines, priorities, risks, and stakeholder alignment
Drive adoption, operational impact, and measurable ROI
Coordinate complex cross-functional projects in a global environment


Requirements:


5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-related projects
Understanding of AI agents, automation, and digital transformation
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with platforms such as Claude, Copilot Studio, or similar AI tools, advantage
Excellent English communication skills
