Senior Azure Data & Fabric DevOps Architect

A Bit About The Role:

• Lead the design, optimization, and evolution of enterprise data platforms across Microsoft Fabric and Azure
• Partner closely with the Chief Architect on architectural decisions, platform strategy, and technical direction
• Combine hands-on implementation with architecture leadership, initially with a strong focus on delivery and gradually shifting toward broader architectural ownership
• Define scalable data architecture, development standards, best practices, and technical governance across data teams
• Work hands-on with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric
• Drive Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices across the data platform
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural support to engineering and data teams

What We're Looking For?

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments
• Experience in Data Architecture, including solution design and technical leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native development practices
• Ability to define architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance across teams
• Strong understanding of scalable and modern data platform design
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams on tools, methodologies, and technical decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
