Job description:
Overall, as a Senior Azure Data & Fabric DevOps Architect you will work closely with the Chief Architect to lead the design, optimization, and evolution of the organization's data platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role combining architecture leadership with deep involvement in implementation, best practices, and technical guidance across data teams.
You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams on tools and methodologies, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and modern data solutions across the Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem. During the initial phase, the role is expected to be approximately 60% hands-on and 40% architecture, with the balance gradually shifting toward architecture leadership over time.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments
• Experience in a Data Architecture role, including solution design and technical leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including:

Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data Factory
Azure Data Lake
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and cloud-native development practices
• Ability to define architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance across teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams
