A Bit About The Role:

• Lead the architecture and hands-on development of Generative AI solutions across the organization
• Design and build LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, and enterprise knowledge solutions
• Develop AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and integrate them with enterprise data sources and internal systems
• Build full-stack AI applications, internal platforms, and portals that support scalable organizational adoption
• Evaluate and deploy LLMs, including prompt engineering, safety, and performance considerations
• Explore and validate new AI technologies, research tools, and use cases, including restricted or air-gapped environments
• Drive enablement, training, and adoption of AI tools and solutions across technical and business teams

What We're Looking For?

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including evaluation, deployment, prompt engineering, and safety
• Strong experience designing and implementing RAG systems and enterprise data integrations
• Practical experience with AI Agents such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
• Development experience with AWS Bedrock and LLM-based solutions
• Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend with AI integration
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and building internal AI platforms or portals
• Familiarity with AI research tools, including work in restricted or air-gapped environments
• Strong research mindset, communication skills, and experience driving AI enablement and adoption
