🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior GenAI Architect

We are building a new initiative focused on scaling Generative AI across the organization: from LLM-based applications and AI agents to enterprise knowledge systems and developer productivity tools.

This role combines hands-on development, architecture, and real organizational impact, enabling the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements



Experience with LLMs (evaluation, deployment, prompt engineering, safety)


Hands-on experience with AI Agents (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar)


Strong experience with RAG systems and enterprise data integration


Development experience with AWS Bedrock and LLM-based solutions


Full-stack development (frontend & backend) with AI integration


Familiarity with AI research tools (including work in restricted / air-gapped environments)


Experience with AI-assisted coding tools


Ability to build internal AI platforms / portals


Experience in training, enablement, and driving adoption


Strong research mindset and ability to identify new AI use cases
