Delivery Manager / CRM Delivery Lead

Role Overview
Elad Systems delivers large-scale technology projects and services across three core domains: CRM, Data, and Digital. The company provides end-to-end solutions for organizations in both the public and private sectors, leading complex and large-scale technology programs.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager / CRM Delivery Lead to take a key role within the CRM division, leading complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM delivery programs for enterprise and public-sector clients. The position includes responsibility for project delivery, team leadership, and the business performance of a delivery domain within the division.

The role combines end-to-end delivery of complex CRM projects, team leadership, business development, and active contribution to the operational and commercial management of the domain.

Key Responsibilities



Project Delivery Leadership – Lead complex CRM projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure delivery on scope, timelines, and budget.


Team Leadership – Manage and lead teams of specialists and developers, including hiring, mentoring, professional development, and driving the team toward delivery and business goals.


Client & Project Management – Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure high customer satisfaction, identify business needs, and lead the implementation of appropriate CRM solutions.


Financial & Operational Oversight – Monitor project budgets, revenues, and profitability, working closely with division leadership to manage the business performance of the domain.


Operational Planning – Participate in planning work programs and defining business goals, and ensure their implementation across ongoing projects.


Business Development – Identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients, support presales activities, prepare proposals, and participate in RFP responses.


Partner Management – Work with technology partners and vendors to promote solutions and expand the CRM activity.



Requirements



5+ years of experience managing complex software projects


Proven experience managing professional teams (10-15 team members or more)


Experience managing projects including budgets, resources, and timelines


Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects – mandatory


Strong business understanding and ability to work with clients and senior stakeholders


Experience in presales processes, proposal writing, and expanding client engagements – advantage


Experience in service or system integration organizations – advantage
