Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager & System Analyst
Elad Software Systems is looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager & System Analyst to join a key, high-impact project at our headquarters in Tel Aviv (Ramat Hachayal), working in a hybrid model.

What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end projects and system analysis processes within Dynamics 365 CRM – from concept through design to production
Take a hands-on role in system analysis, including business process modeling and writing functional and technical specifications
Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys (hands-on experience is a must)
Work closely with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable system solutions
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and QA
Lead implementation, upgrade, and migration projects across Online and On-Premises environments
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, leading deep-dive discussions and driving decision-making
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst and Project Manager in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Proven experience working in a project-based/vendor environment – must
Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules and business processes
Hands-on experience writing high-quality functional and technical design documents
Experience leading complex projects with strong attention to detail and ownership
Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset
Experience working with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Hands-on experience designing and building customer journeys – must
Nice to have
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working with public sector / municipalities / government organizations
Experience with BI systems
