Authorization Implementor

Main Purpose of the Role
Manage array of permissions and users of ZIM's main business applications.

Authorization tasks (80%)
Responsible for SAP and ERP activity processes as well as authorization activities in different ZIM application.
Role Catalog management of new work processes, new rolls, maintenance of existing rolls.
Characterization and implementation of rolls in the SAP system, Oracle HCM includes structural permissions.
Manage permissions in other core applications of ZIM.
Responsible for managing and executing all authorization processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
Performing ongoing controls in the system.
Defining and controlling work procedures: defining new user, authorizing, maintaining roles, controlling access of IT personnel to different work environments.
Part of different environments update and upgrades.
Training of authority teams in the regions.
Auditing (20%)
Responsible ISOX processes in the organization: SOD, high risk authorizations, IT activity control in the production environment, integration of authorizations in development.
Providing responses to internal and external audits – data transfer about the audited processes and analysis of information of the control samples, management of the relationship with auditors.
KPI's
Responsible for performing required tasks accurately, thoughtfully and conscientiously within agreed to timeline-SLA.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ Experience of In-depth familiarity with the SAP system's authorization system: Single roles, composite roles, Derived role, Webdynpro applications, Auth profiles, Auth objects (SU24, SU20, SU21, SU25).
Experience in handling user (SU01) Authorization Issues (SU53, ST01)
Experience in SOX processes, Audit processes, High risk authorization, SOD, IT control and certification.
Experience with the various SAP modules – MM, FI, SD, WF HR, with an emphasis on knowledge and experience in HR.
Experience in a large company
Fluent English – verbal and written
Experience with SAP4HANA, Fiori- Advantage
Hands-on experience with Pathlock, Profile Tailor, or other IDM systems is a strong advantage.
