Salesforce Implementer – Digital Division
We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Implementer to join our Digital Division within the IT Department of a leading retail company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful business processes using Salesforce.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Work end-to-end on implementation of complex business processes in Salesforce, from gathering requirements to go-live
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and other internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Implement and configure Salesforce using Salesforce implementation tools
Take part in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support and maintain existing implementations while driving enhancements and optimization
Help define integration points with external systems and ensure smooth data flow
✅ Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce
Strong understanding of business processes and system integrations
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in configuring Salesforce standard features and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
🏆 Nice to Have
Experience in a large organization or enterprise environment
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, App Builder) – an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Experience in related tools and systems – Titan, JIRA, Workato, SAP
