What you will be doing
Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform
Build technical processes, and deliver solutions using configuration, migrate data, and provide ongoing support to our Sales and Customer Service teams
Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the platform
Work closely with development teams, data, sales, marketing and other factors in the company and its subsidiaries
Your skills and experience
3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation – must!
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems
Salesforce certification is a plus
Excellent team player, an initiative with strong communication skills
