CS Team Analyst
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regularly and maintain a continuous, high-quality relationship with clients.
Monitor, control, and maintain systems to ensure operational continuity.
Serve as the primary communication channel for customer inquiries and provide solutions to ongoing issues.
Route and prioritize customer inquiries internally to relevant teams.
Identify and assess additional customer needs, promoting tailored developments and expanding existing activities.
Train clients on system operations and both existing and new features.
Identify and alert on potential crises with clients.
Job Requirements:
Mandatory
Proficiency in BI tools and Excel (with a focus on Power BI).
Experience with SQL.
High-level English.
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Economics, or Information Systems.
Advantages
Previous experience in customer service, preferably B2B.
Experience in training and presenting to groups.
Strong technical orientation alongside business acumen and sales orientation.
At least one year of experience in technical support, or alternatively, a technical background in BI or Information Systems.
