Simplified Job Profile: Product-UX Analyst
Role Overview:
Responsible for researching, defining problems, and designing systems that assist internal expert users in performing complex, data-driven tasks. This is a leadership role within an agile, cross-functional team, requiring a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, communication, and an agile mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead user research through interviews, workshops, and observations to collect needs and requirements.
Understand business processes, user tasks, and existing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Design solutions balancing complexity with usability, simplifying ideas into functional interfaces.
Create user stories, wireframes, and flows to guide development teams.
Support front-end and back-end development processes, testing, and user performance analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on designs and priorities.
Act as a liaison between users, developers, and product managers.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in UX/UI, Human Factors, or Product Management.
3+ years in business analysis, product management, or systems engineering.
Strong skills in user-centered design, information architecture, and human factors.
Proficiency in Figma.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field.
