Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management
At least 1 year of hands-on experience leading AI projects
Strong understanding of AI agents and automation technologies
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong business analysis and process transformation skills
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Full professional fluency in English

Experience with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms
