We’re looking for someone who knows how to work fast, think independently, and manage multiple clients in parallel.
🔑 Own ongoing relationships with multiple clients – understand their needs and provide continuous value
🔑 Handle day-to-day requests, issues, and questions – with strong prioritization and time management
🔑 Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (BI / Data Development)
🔑 Identify opportunities to improve, expand and deepen client usage
🔑 Train and guide clients on systems, reports, and new features
🔑 Proactively identify risks and escalate when needed
Job Requirements:
🔍 Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI advantage)
🔍 Strong SQL skills
🔍 Excellent communication skills – ability to work directly with clients
🔍 High-level English
🔍 Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously (must)
🔍 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured way
🔍 Team player with strong collaboration skills
🔍 Familiarity and practical experience working with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT / etc.)
🔍 Bachelor’s degree – Engineering / Economics / Information Systems (advantage)
