We are looking for a Data Team Leader or Data Engineer/ BI Developer / Business Analyst with and leadership capabilities. This is a key role that blends deep technical expertise with a strategic, business-oriented mindset.

This role will build, lead, and scale our data function. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking, technical excellence, and people management. You will build and manage a team, while working closely with senior management, customers, and cross-functional leaders to translate data into measurable business impact.

Requirements:


At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer – Must
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex ETL processes
Experience in establishing and maintaining Data Warehouse (DWH) systems
Proven track record in developing data models and decision-support dashboards
Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning
High technical proficiency with a variety of BI tools
Experience in business process analysis and supporting decision-making
Previous management experience or demonstrated leadership potential
Background in business analysis or cross-functional projects
